Fees and Billing
Fees and billing are managed at our Head Office and they will produce your monthly bill. You will receive a notification via email and on our Famly app which will provide you with a details on how to make payment.
Fees are calculated for the current month and the total amount of days of attendance within that period. We are registered with most childcare voucher companies for parents who receive childcare vouchers through their employment and this amount will be deducted from your monthly fee.
We are open 51 weeks per year as we close for a week over the Christmas period. We are closed on bank holidays and also for a staff training day each year.
If you have any queries with your billing or for general enquiries, please discuss them with your setting manager in the first instance and they will make every effort to resolve issues.
